What does Glycaemic index mean? Glycaemic is about carbohydrates, energy levels, blood sugar levels and rate of digestion.
Low GI foods are sustained and last longer
High GI foods are the ones that you get a sugar high off of

Most fruits
Whole grain bread
Peas
Pasta
Baked beans
Dried fruit
High GI
Water melon
Pineapple

Most breakfast cereals
