Market Day

 Describe the kete of Business and Enterprise- Business and Enterprise was about learning how to deal with money and how to run a successful business and how much work and thinking you have to put towards it.

What did you learn? Budget- To make sure that we put enough of each ingredient into our budget so that we don't need to keep going back to get more. People don't mind spending a extra dollar or more as long as they get a product that will be useful. Customers prefer a product that has good packaging and a fair price.

How important were decisions that you made? We made a good decision on what we decided to make it was something that people brought that can also be quick and easy to make especially for people who don't know how to bake. One of my group members didn't help at all and another one helped a little bit but on the day we sold them they didn't help at all and weren't at our stall and left me alone at the stand the whole entire time.

Do you think you were successful and what evidence do you have to make that judgement? Our target market was set for adults and parents and maybe as a Christmas present for people.

Do you believe you upheld the CARR values of our school on market day? Yes I did I had a good attitude and answered any questions that people asked. I didn't get grumpy and frustrated with the customers and was happy and had a smile on my face.
